Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you use personalmassages.pl, for what purposes and on what legal basis, who we share it with and what rights you have. We apply Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the Polish Electronic Communications Law (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1221).

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Martyna Persona, running a sole proprietorship under the name Martyna Persona Personal Massages, ul. Przemysłowa 4, 30-701 Kraków, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 6631848518, REGON 368721208 (the “Controller”).

Contact in data protection matters: email kontakt@personalmassages.pl, phone +48 570 828 833. The Controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

2. Contact and bookings

When you contact us by phone or email, for example to book a massage or ask about packages or prices, we process the data you provide: your name, phone number, email address, appointment date and the content of your message.

  • Purpose and legal basis: answering your enquiry and arranging an appointment, i.e. taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performing it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and otherwise handling correspondence as the Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention period: as long as needed to handle the enquiry or booking, and then until any claims become time-barred.
  • Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply or book your visit.

Please do not send information about your health via the website or by email. Any contraindications to massage are discussed in person before the treatment.

3. Server logs

When you visit the website, the server automatically records basic technical information: IP address, date and time, the page visited, and browser and operating system type. We process it to keep the website running and secure, which is the Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for the period resulting from the server configuration and are not used to identify users.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:

  • necessary cookies: remembering your choice in the banner (cookie_notice_accepted, up to 6 months) and your language version (pll_language, up to 1 year). They are needed for the website to work (Art. 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law) and do not require consent;
  • Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_2C72EFXRFW, up to 2 years), which help us measure traffic and improve the website. We use them only after you consent in the banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 399(1) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law).

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” button on the website. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

5. Google Analytics and Google Maps

Google Analytics and Google Maps are provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).

Google Analytics runs only after you give consent. The map in the website footer is displayed by Google Maps: when it loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers and sends them, among other things, your IP address. We do this to show the location of the massage room, which is the Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). More information is available in Google’s privacy policy.

6. Recipients

Data may be shared with entities providing services to the Controller: hosting and email providers, the provider of technical support for the website, and Google to the extent described in section 5. They process data under agreements with the Controller and only on its instructions.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy,
  • rectify your data,
  • have your data erased,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, email kontakt@personalmassages.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

We do not make automated decisions or profile users within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
