Kobido Massage in Krakow: Japanese Face Lifting
Kobido is a Japanese lifting ritual for the face, neck and décolletage. At Personal Massages in Zabłocie, Krakow (Zdrofit gym, formerly Saturn, ul. Przemysłowa 4), it is performed by Martyna Persona, a physiotherapist and Massage Therapist of the Year Poland 2026.
What Kobido massage involves
Kobido combines several techniques: deep tissue work, relaxing massage, lymphatic drainage, lifting techniques and acupressure. Fast, rhythmic movements stimulate microcirculation and the facial muscles, while slower sequences relax the face and the whole body. The treatment is done entirely by hand.
I work on the face, neck and décolletage. Most people find the massage deeply relaxing, although some techniques are intense.
