I graduated with honours from the master’s degree programme in Physiotherapy at the Bronisław Czech University of Physical Education in Kraków. For over ten years, I have been working with the body, movement and recovery, combining physiotherapy knowledge with practical experience in classical, sports and relaxation massage.
I continuously develop my skills by taking part in specialist training courses in modern physiotherapeutic methods and massage techniques. In my work, an individual approach is essential — every person comes with different tensions, a different lifestyle and different needs. That is why I treat massage not as a fixed routine, but as conscious work with the body: focused on relaxation, pain relief, reduction of muscle tension and improvement of overall well-being.
My commitment and the trust placed in me by my clients have been confirmed by distinctions awarded in the Mistrzowie Urody 2026 plebiscite. First, I received the title of Massage Therapist of the Year in the Małopolskie Voivodeship, and then I also won the national final in the Massage Therapist of the Year category. This is a great honour for me, but above all, it is a motivation to continue developing and maintaining the highest quality of my work.
Apart from massage, which is my great passion, I am also an active athlete. I have been playing badminton for many years and have won medals at the Polish Championships on numerous occasions. Thanks to this, I understand from my own experience how important proper recovery is after intense physical effort, overload and stress — both in sport and in everyday life.
I warmly invite you to my massage studio. I will be happy to take care of your health, comfort and well-being.
